HOW DOES SELF CHECK-IN WORK ?

Reservations are directly synchronized from the OTAs or PMS/CM.

After the reservation is made, the guest will receive an e-mail or SMS with the link to complete the online check-in.

During the procedure, you can decide and tailor-made any aspect of the check-in by asking for documents, payments or to sign the rental agreement. 

After completing the online check-in, the guest will have the digital key to open the main door, apartment and rooms' door from the smartphone, without downloading any app, or you can open them from your Host App. 

From the moment of the reservation until the end of the stay, the guest will be able to buy or to book every additional service (breakfast, transfers etc.) directly from the Vikey web app (the same where they find the opening buttons).

Thanks to the new feature “welcome video call” you will be able to verify your guest's identity before their first access.
