The reservation is automatically synchronized on the Vikey dashboard thanks to the integration with PMS, Booking.com and Airbnb. The guest receives a link to access the web-app and complete the online check-in.
Vikey automatically sends the forms to the competent authorities (if required) and calculates the city tax.
You can require your guest to pay for their stay, city tax and sign the rental agreement online.
SELF CHECK-IN
Your guest uploads their photo ID and a selfie.
After you confirm their identity, the guest can access the opening buttons on the web-app.
The guest unlocks the doors via the web-app, with a unique numeric code or RFID technology. You can also open the door yourself remotely via the host app.
VIRTUAL RECEPTION
You can provide the guest with useful information about the facility (rules, Wi-Fi, etc.) which he/she can look up directly on the web-app.
